Filter the whole track and remove low and high end to taste, you can use Curve for that. Add low volume white noise (from a Pulverisateur) and automate it subtly to avoid it sounding too constant.
what do you mean by curve :'P ? sorry, i'm relatively new as an artist and still don't understand what everything does
