Title of the track was "Trumpet (Noobstep)".
I misunderstood the warning (late at night here and I was tired.) I thought it meant that you could publish again if need be - not "as opposed to" deleting. Critical error - I'm begging you to help if you can. :(

Issue resolved. I lucked out hard here, but really the moral of the story is:

DO NOT DELETE YOUR TRACKS. IF YOU NEED TO EDIT THEM - JUST REPUBLISH AFTER MAKING THE CHANGES.

If your track cover hasn't posted yet - give it time, or close out and reopen your studio. If all else fails JUST LEAVE IT, and open a support ticket here. Hopefully in the future we can see an implementation giving users the ability to "Unpublish" so to speak, but in the mean time, DO NOT DELETE, unless you are ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU DON'T NEED THE DRAFT ANY LONGER.

Lesson learned.

you can hide tracks which is pretty close, but I see no reason to unpublish
