I posted about this a month or so ago and no one was able to help. I'm gonna try again

So I made this song yeah? and the whole thing centers around this one sample that I made using the bounce-loop tool. So in the song while I'm in the app, the sample sounds great. It's airy and round and it sounds exactly the way I intended for it to sound. However, once I exported the song, I listened back to it and was instantly slapped in the face by how awful that one sample sounds. It sounds like someone bit crushed the sh*t out of it! I can't even listen to the song, that's how bad it is. It just assaults your ears.

Some info that might help:

• The song uses a LOT of plugins
• I made the sample using a pulverize synth and bounce-loop feature so it would repeat
• I've already tried re-publishing the song and it has no effect. it still sounds bad
• no other instruments were affected after the track was published, just the one sample
