It would be really nice if we could get some feedback from the devs at Audiotool when there are connection issues with the studio server. There are a bunch of posts and comments in the discussion boards here where people are asking "is the server down?" and that seems to be the only way a user is able to know that the connection issues are affecting everyone and not just them specifically.
I think it would be great to add a banner on the homepage stating "We are aware of ongoing issues with users unable to access the studio and working on a solution" or even just "Studio server temporarily unavailable" so that a user can see at first glance on opening the site that there are currently known connection issues.
Thanks to the devs and others at Audiotool for creating and sharing this wonderful free site with everyone! I hope I don't seem ungrateful; just offering an opinion on one way to make the user experience less frustrating in times like this.

Yes that's a must informe user with a simple post in the front page to avoid user many frustration and give a bad image of the app
99% of the time I'm pretty sure devs don't know there's an outage, otherwise they if they knew their first priority would be to fix it
You're right, there should be a way to warn him quickly for this kind of problem
I assume they have some sort of notification system when servers are dying but they are sometimes asleep you know human basic need
