After uploading my own sample (audiotrack), can I create a note track from it in any possible way?

Load multiple instances of the same sample.
You have to manually adjust the pitch for each sample you load.
When doing this you are time stretching the sample (higher pitch = shorter, lower pitch = longer).

But this gives only one sound (C4), and if I can do so that I can play various other notes from this sound. Is it possible?

Not in an audio track, but you can import a sample (even a loop) into the machiniste in order to trigger it with a note.
When doing this, please note that the sample is not pitched according to the note being played.
