old unsaved draft locations?

kurp · started 2018-11-05 23:30 · updated 2018-11-06 22:50

hey so i had alot of unsaved drafts laying around before the big update which caused flash to be removed.
i'm talking about unsaved drafts on audiotool next. once audiotool updated, they were gone, but i'm pretty sure they're still there. shouldn't it be as easy as finding the old file and putting it into the new one or have they been 100% deleted?

Unsaved drafts are only temporarily stored on your computer. The browser may at any time decide to delete them, eg. when you are low on disk space, or other sites you are visiting demand a lot of disk space. Sorry, but I'm afraid there is not way of getting them back.

Try the following:

  • In Chrome, Open Developer Tools (on windows, this should be F12).
  • go to any page at audiotool.com
  • go to the "application" tab
  • on the left, expand "indexed db"
  • expand "localTracks"
  • select "t" (= tracks)

If they are still there, they should be displayed
