From what I can tell, there is an option to resend the activation email.
On another note, I don't remember ever getting the activation email either.
We have tried re-sending the authorization email, but it never comes in.
Without activating it is not letting him publish his project so he can turn it in.
Can you post the username / url of the account in question, please? You can also mail to team@audiotool.com. Thanks!

He is still not receiving the emails, I sent an email to team@audiotool.com on Friday, but have not received a reply.
I just checked - the emails send from our system without any error. I manually activated his account.

Quick thing I learned, if you sign up with a google account, you don't get the activation email. That's why I never got one.

I had tried sending one about my first student who had the issue but I didn't get a reply, however I got the help here which is why I tried here again.
As a teacher in our district, I can request IT to allow the emails to come through but rarely do those requests get approved. I had to jump through all sorts of hoops to get them to unblock AudioTool when the blocked it at the beginning of the year (even though I have been using it for 3-4 years now).
@mbelow sorry to dig up an old thread, but I am having the same issue again with a few students this year who used their district provided email to sign up. They are not receiving the activation email, even in the junk folder.
I have already emailed teams @ audiotool with the problem and their username, was hoping someone on your end could activate them please
