theres an up arrow on the top right of a synth (or on the top or right side of some devices) that you can drag a wire from, connect said wire to the centroid on a down arrow (1-16 is best).
an up arrow is output, a down arrow is input.
your centroid may also not be connected to the StereoOutput which controls the volume of EVERYTHING on the track. without a connection you cannot hear anything. the centroid is normally connected to the stereooutput automatically when loading a new project.
you may also have volume on one of the centroid channels (the 1-16 on the centroid), or on a device, turned down.

I FOUND A WAY TO FIX IT!!!
Duplicate the tab by right clicking on it and then hit duplicate. It just worked for me, so yeah, otherwise I'm not sure.
