Next won't open unless your computer is good

Naturally, you can expect lag if your computer is older, but it seems that users without relatively fast computers can't even open Next projects as of the most recent update. I have a pretty fast computer but I also have a not-so-fast one as well, and it can't open them at all.

uh my computer is not that old, and it won't open SOOOO AGH!

For some reason Next works great on my Chromebook, just as fast as the flash version.
But on my brand new quad core computer, it can't handle Next
