so since of today in the afternoon I was working on a track and left closed the program and when I came back to work on it the song loaded in but the devices didn't

Are you using Next or Flash?

I'm using next I think it with the whole next program because i tried working on a new project and it has the same problem

It happens with random users. While others work with no problem, someone run into them.

Make sure your PC drivers are updated, That you have latest Java version.
Definitely install booster if you haven't.
Try incognito mode...
Try Google canary...
As well make sure you have enough free disk space on your PC.
