Whenever I press play to try and listen to a song created by someone else it doesn't play and instead just infinitely loads, another weird thing that happens is that the thumbnail of the song down on the side of the playbar doesn't show up like it's supposed to.

This is what seems to be the issue. Unfortunately, I do not think that there is anything you can do at the moment to fix this. I have posted this on the Audiotool discord server and the staff should know of it now.

Yes, your presumption is true. From the looks of it (and some basic research), it looks like something is wrong with the site's scripting looking at the "No 'Access-Control_Allow_Origin is present."
It’s missing the thumbnail assets for some reason and the api refuses to even work
yeah it's super weird, hopefully it gets fixed soon :/
It only works and plays audio when you directly access the API link but through the normal audiotool website it doesn’t work at all
