yes, in the upper left hand corner of the timeline there is a stopwatch icon. click that to open the bpm automation. you can also press 5 on your keyboard to do the same thing

You could create a BPM Automation track... How to do this i'm not so sure, I've only seen it while working on remixes.

if its a one shot preset, get a machiniste, put the preset in the machiniste and from there u can create a not track by clicking "add track" and click "machiniste" then click "note track" and from there you can change pitch which will slow down the preset, use the pitch mod under pitch and it will go slow. same thing with if u want it to go fast, just switch the pitch up, and the mod down :)

there's no special thing you need to do. look at the top of the screen and you will plainly see a thing that says "bpm" and then shows how many bpm's the thing is going. just click and hold on to it and then move the cursor up to make it go faster and then down to make it slower.

i am unable to swap a tempo of i song and i really need to know how to get rid of that. the bpm is in blue and i cant change it.

A blue tempo means it's automated. Click the clock icon next to the timeline overview or right-click the tempo field and choose Show Tempo Automation. This will reveal the tempo automation track. If you want to temporarily deactivate tempo automation, click the word Tempo or the white dot next to it on the timeline tracklist. If you want to remove tempo automation, rectangle-select all key-frames and press Delete.
