I made a new track but then all of a sudden when I checked, my presets were all gone! Like for the rest of the tracks are okay, but for some odd reason it nots the case for older tracks I made. Then I made new tracks to see if its only one track, but I found out its all the new I made doesn't have my presets either. Is there a way to fix this?

have you by chance made the track All Rights Reserved and the presets CC-BY-SA? sometimes a mismatch in licensing can remove all presets that are CC-BY-SA (or it's variant). :]
i just went on your profile, i can see you have a lot of presets, so they didn't get deleted (most likely). i hope this issue resolves for you soon if it's not what i said!
