vaporpumpkin · reply 2023-06-25 15:11 · 2023-06-25 It's not the browser. It takes some tries for your account to be allowed to upload samples. I haven't worked out how many specifically, but once it took me more than 5 on another account. It's also possible that it simply needs time.
