The description of your problem is a bit hard to understand, but as I understand it, you have problems with the melody getting unintentionally louder, as the song progresses?
In that case, either create a volume automation to adjust the sound level of the melody as it progresses, or turn everything down and try to find the root of the problem e.g. mix the different components properly together and see if you're creating some kind of resonant sound, that makes everything clip.
listen to the song at the end, youll figure out what i mean. its annoying
I don't see the problem? You're using a ton of crushers. Everything does get distorted when you adjust the sample rate or bit depth enough.
