the track player is persistent, meaning it will stay on the bottom of your screen until you clear your cache/logout.
you stop listening to a track by pausing it

Well, have to give an applause to the guy that created the track. He has some virus type marketing skills. His tracks get stuck on the screen... damn!

How old are you and what language do you speak? Bellow apollo clearly explained that the track player is persistent, meaning it will stay on the bottom of your screen until you clear your cache/logout.
What exactly you don't apparently understand in this sentence?

If that song bothers you simply pause/stop it or play different track.
