What do you mean by samples? If you're looking to export your tracks, you can do so in the studio by selecting Project > Download Mixdown. Outside the studio, if the track is downloadable, simply click the download icon located above the track waveform.
If you’re asking how to add a sample to your project, just drag the desired sample and drop it onto your desktop or into a slot in the Machiniste. Please note that downloading samples directly is not possible.

You can upload samples into the library. Of course only if you have the rights to do so.
