I can’t use this app - studio doesn’t launch

Team please advise why studio doesn’t launch, iPhone and iPad. Is it restricted for these devices? Please advise. Thanks in advance

Same problem. First few tries it said Error and "shit happens" on the screen (like wtf?)
Now it just has a blank loaded or frozen page in Studio.

I'm on a PC at my desk
