I have made and published a few short tracks, but when I play them, it always says there's 4 minutes and 16 seconds when in reality it's just a 30 second track. If I can get help on reducing the length or getting rid of all the unused time, I would appreciate it.

you need to turn the loop button off it is at the top and looks like this:

Before publishing your track, move the track end marker (grey vertical line at the far right side of the timeline) to adjust your track length. You can't make a track shorter than 8 bars.
