to like a sample you click on the heart icon on the bottom right when previewing a sample. tthen at the top you can click on FAV to show your favourite samples

since kurp's example is super messy, here's this one

blue - click on a sample and click the heart
red - click fav to access favorited samples

Let me explain it better, the samples I've liked that are in the assets of peoples tracks. Like how you go to a track and like a few samples, those aren't showing up

You may need to set your sample preferences to Unsafe, click on the colored dot next to the sample’s name to change it.

yeah hidden samples dont show up for some reason, you have to get them in a different project somehow beforehand
