Select the devices (either click a single device or press "2" on the Desktop and rect-select multiple devices), press Ctrl+C (a message will appear), then press Ctrl+V (another message will appear). Your copied devices are at the very bottom of your arrangement.

you can also hold shift and select multiple at a time as well.
"select multiple at a time" Unfortunately not. If you're in Pointer mode (1), you can only shift-click one at a time, not several.
