Wrong board.
Go to your "Tracks" page, click the "Drafts" tab and click the title of the draft you want to delete. Once on the draft's page, click the "DELETE" option on the top right.

Click your avatar on top right, select Albums from menu, click Album title. On album page, click the gear icon on the right, choose Delete from menu.

If your draft is already saved, same as a published track: on your drafts page, click the draft title. On the draft page, click the gears icon on the right and choose Delete in the menu. Be advised that deleting drafts is not un-doable. Once they're deleted, they're gone.
