Click your avatar on the top right and choose "Tracks". On your tracks page, click the "Drafts" tab. Click the title of the draft you want to delete. On the draft page, click the gears icon (track options) on the right and choose "Delete". Confirm the dialogue. Deletes cannot be undone!
