Go to a track page and click the "+" (plus) sign on the right side just below the track's waveform. A window will open where you can select the album you want to add the track to.
Click your user icon on the top right and choose Tracks on the menu. On your tracks page, click the plus (+) icon on the thumbnail of the track you wish to add to an album. A dialogue appears where you can add it to an existing or a new album. Repeat for any others you want to add to the album.
To edit your album (cover image, name or track order), click your user icon on the top right and choose Albums on the menu. On your Albums page, click the name (not the thumbnail) of the album you want to edit. On the album page, click the cogwheel icon on the right and choose Properties on the menu. Edit the properties and click Save.
