go to file --> import sample --> from timeline

didn't work for me, when I try to upload it wants me to click on "empty", "record", or "browse" I'm so confused please help T^T
I think that's what the microphone button does, either that or it opens voice chat. idk sorry if it doesn't work I'm new to this too.
Click "browse". That will open a dialogue where you can choose your local file.
