Probably the downloaded files from your published track (.mp3 and .ogg) don't have a high enough bit-rate for Beatstars. The .mp3 file has a bit-rate of 223 kb/s and the .ogg file has a bit-rate of 210 kb/s. A workaround could be to just play your arrangement in Studio and record the audio output with Audacity. From there you can export at whatever bit-rate they need.
