Loading and searching for presets works fine on both Flash and Next.

So look where is the problem IN your computer.
Try both platforms Flash/Next
Try Incognito Mode.
Make sure You have latest Java version.
Make sure your drivers are up to date.
Get booster.
Try different ways and see whether you get it to work or not.
If No then fill a Bug Report in support Board if you are using Flash.
Fill a big report in BETA if you are using Next.

Right click on the device you want to load the preset on, and select Preset>Load.
But then that's the little search bar. When I type nothing will appear in it. That's the real problemo
On what device you are trying to load preset?
