Hi, When starting I found this as a frequent problem as well. Here are my recommendations.
1). Try to follow your favorite pop, EDM, dubstep, etc. artists as sometimes, they might give out sample packs.
2). Freesound.org is a place where you can get music and non-music related samples. You might be surprised as to what you can find.( Make sure it is under creative common first before using it )
3). Despite it being a free service to use, Audiotool has some pretty decent samples made by its community. However, despite it being for the use, doesn't mean you should so be careful as to what you do and don't use for your music.

Uploading samples of free sample packs from sample websites is a bad idea. Usually these samples are for personal use only and not for redistribution. You'd be breaching your agreement and putting Audiotool in trouble.
