you can download. Then you can check iTunes for more info on how to get your track there. Generally it is a very tedious and maybe costly procedure that doesn't seem worth it in my opinion. Just throw it onto your phone with a cable. Then you can do whatever you want with it, including making it your ringtone. Hope this helps.
