Error: Internal Server Error

For the past three days, I have been unable to upload my samples. All it says is Error: Internal Server Error. Am I doing something wrong? How can I fix it? What does it mean?

I'm having the same issue right now, but I can't even load my previously imported samples.

it keeps doing this on and off, if it doesn't load wait 30 minutes and refresh the page.
