1: Is it allowed to take the audio from one of the tools that audiotool comes with (tonematrix, heisenberg, etc.) and to upload it back as a looping sample?
and 2: If I make a recreation or medley of a video game soundtrack using the sounds from the tonematrix, etc., would I be allowed to upload it to YouTube or put it over a video?
