How do collabs with other people? Do you publish your song in order for them to modify or do you just wait for them to get done modify my song? Also are they able to save their work, because when I check the my collab song, everything was the same before they came?

In Flash drafts, go to your draft page and click "Invite". In Next, open your draft, click "Project" and "Collaborate".
I get now, but the people who I'm working with can't save their work on my song. How can they save their work?

Of course they can save, in Next the project is always stored on the servers once ou saved it for the first time and at the flash version they just save as you normally would do.
