I would highly suggest downloading Google Chrome (https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html) If you aren't using windows, select Download Chrome for another platform. If you are using an outdated piece of technology, then I can't help you, other than to say to upgrade to a more modern lap/desktop. Waterfox is an open program, but it isn't as open as you think, at least, not to audiotool. More than likely, audiotool hasn't included waterfox in its most recent supportable browsers, meaning it probably hasn't been accounted for lately as far as compatibility. AudioTool mainly focuses of Google Chrome and Internet Explorer, and roughly of Firefox. Here soon though, they will be releasing their next update that is purposed towards being ran on Chrome. It's a transition that states, unofficially, Chrome is better.
