I remember the devs mentioning that Chrome's beta versions are problematic. Try downgrading to the stable one.

I have had the same version since the last week and audiotool worked without problems

Betas get updated more frequently than stable versions. That's why betas are usually more buggy

It alerts me when I can update, but I dont have any new update :/

If I downgrade to the stable version, I will lose all my files

When using a beta version you always have to be prepared to lose some data - that's why it's not called "stable". The local storage is not a safe location for important data either - it might get flushed any time. This is why we always present a button that suggests to save your track.
We cannot support beta versions - if they work, you're lucky.
On normal™ machines you can install beta versions along with a stable one.
You can try if the next update re-enables your boot. Then save all data to our servers and switch to the stable channel.
