Can I use the music I create from the instruments (for example, synthesizers)?

I am making a short film for which I created a theme track using the synthesizers. (Heisenberg to be precise). Now, I didn't use any already created tracks or samples. I merely used my own rhythms for the track and in short, it is my own composition, and the instruments used (such as reverb chords) had the CC by SA tagged with them.

Now, can I publish my own creation in the short film or do I have to seek permission? I repeat, I have merely used the Heisenberg synthesizer and three of its presets which I clearly remember had CC by SA with them. Please answer this so that I can clear my doubt once and for all.

basically yeah you can use your music for your stuff
