CAN I DOWNLOAD THE SYNTH PATTERNS I MADE?

What if i work in here and a friend i'm working with works in fl or ableton. How can i send them the skims i used for the project?

I'm not sure what "skims" are, but if by synth patterns you mean MIDI, unfortunately you can't export MIDI from AT. You can instead export audio stems and send them to your friend.
