Audiotool is a platform and outlet for creativity more than anything else. copyright laws are an infringement on that creativity and protect the interests of mainstream music empires. The possibilities of music are infinite and the contextual layers created by sampling double that. Audiotool has been my only platform for the past 6 years but apparently their view of music is rigid and profit-oriented and the creativity that I and others bring to this community is the only source of freethinking to be found. I found out about the change when I logged on today with the intention of creating art only to find out that Audiotool had other plans. I am sourly upset and am unsure how to create music following this. Most likely it will mean seeking out a new platform.

Ik it looks bad but u gotta use what u have here. A true artist can make good music without samples from other people.

I am not a synth work guru but I do try to make it and learn it as I make music, but the fact that in 6 years of being here you bitch about sample takedown when one should easily make music out of synths amazes me. What were you doing all these 6 years here?

Your "freethinking" needs to improve a bit. If you seriously believe that Audiotool's view of music is "rigid and profit-oriented", I think it's going to be difficult to make you understand what copyright is or why sample upload was disabled.

well for me i just want a good computer from nasa thats why i dont do much so it wont bug me but if you did not want bugs or audiotool you would have to go here https://dan-ball.jp/en/javagame/dust2/ to play some games.

Is this a piss-take? It has to be a piss-take, surely - nobody could seriously be such a prissy little shithead, moaning about "profit orientation" on a free site developed and run by volunteers who draw no salary.
