Some guy uploaded a rap sample in which the lyrics were rapped at 150 BPM, but he uploaded the sample as 97.9 BPM and I cannot adjust the timestretch for the lyrics to match up to the beats. Any solutions?

I know, that is what I have done, but I cannot at all get it to line up with the beats.
