Nope. Synth sounds come out in note track form, and audiotracks come out in audiotrack form.
If you want synthy sounds with an audiotrack, maybe try adding crusher, reverb, EQs, and other effects.

oh ok. I thought there was a way u could take one shot sounds and put them in a synth like u do the machiniste. I'll look into the effects like you said. Thanks!
There is, kinda..
The pulv has an audio in connection. You still have to play notes in the synth to get any sound, but you can turn the oscillators off.
Any filter, filter env, lfo or amp env within the pulv will then effect the sample.
