depends on if the samples come from a sample pack which you would normally need to buy. if they’re free to access anywhere else, you’re fine. if they’re paid samples, don’t use them here.
Wrong board.
Only samples that explicitly allow redistribution in their license agreement can be used in this website and, in my experience, even samples that are offered at no cost rarely allow that privilege. To be on the safe side, I'd use only samples that you've made yourself (once sample upload is enabled again) or the loopmaster/newloops samples.
