First of all, you may be wondering that devs here don't speak the Italian language. When reporting a problem you should use English only.
Second, you should be as detailed as possible. What you were doing, what is the problem, when the problem occurs, etc!
I had already made other reports using the language that advised me, but the answers were slow.
the problem occurs when I try to download one of my songs, it occurs both from the computer and from the phone.
when I click on the download button, I am directed to a blank page, with the upper left corner NO MIXDOWN PRESENT.
the problem always occurs when I download the song for more than one or two times.

Can you post a link to the track that you are trying to download?
Made in Flash, and I see the problem, there is no way to even play it.
Devs have to look into this but don't forget that these 2 days were weekends, so don't expect them to do it on Saturdays and Sundays, as they are having a rest as well.
So I am pretty sure your issue will be addressed already tomorrow!
Meanwhile, I would suggest you to start using NEXT and import all your flash drafts/tracks there, since FLASH version will be shut down completely! So start getting used to it already :) Flash version has a lot of bugs that won't be fixed anymore!
