When an account gets deleted and recovered, does it still have the tracks, or are the tracks deleted with the account? If the latter, then AT probably recreates information, either that or the information that's recovered wasn't deleted in the first place even if people are sure that it is.
tracks and the like are restored when an account is restored. They're not recreating anything. As far as I know there is a limit to how long you can wait before they can't recover your account, but I don't remember how long that is
Oh, so the information isn't deleted when the user hits delete. It's just thrown into a special bin only the devs can access, and if it stays in that bin for too long it deletes anyways. Right?

When something is deleted, it's erased. Unless there's a backup file saved somewhere, anywhere, it's GONE.
not true, AT has famously been able to restore accounts which have been deleted for years. Tracks that are deleted are usually gone for good, however.
