We're currently looking into this issue.

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this.
Can you provide further information, please?

• Does this happen for all samples or only specific ones?
• Please also try this:

1. open https://probe.audiotool.com
2. click the "Empty" button
3. pick "Generate Tone" from the "File" menu
4. In the dialog, leave everything as it is and click "generate"
5. Try to upload the sample. Does this work for you?

I'm still having these type of issues.

I just tried the fix method provided by Martin Below. The issue is still persisting. If I try to upload a sample (even the generated tone) it tells me "UPLOAD_SAMPLE request failed"

I'm having the same issue. It doesn't matter what I try to upload it just fails regardless.

yep same here. The error message keeps coming, although i've tried many solutions that were displayed in the board on this subject

same for me and VULK. was trying to upload Vox into a track for audiotool 2020 but the SAMPLE REQUEST FAILED has been up for 2 days and weve missed the deadline

The UPLOAD_SAMPLE Request Failed error is an error inside of the Probe Audio Sample Editor. This happens when there is a malfunction in the lines of the code in Probe. It could be something that was changed when the moderators were updating, fixing, or making changes within the Editor, or it could be a malfunction regarding the large queue of samples trying to be uploaded at that/this time. THIS ERROR WILL AFFECT/EFFECT ALL DEVICES IN ALL AREAS NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOUR CONNECTION OR PC IS. The solution is to wait until either the queue goes down or when Probe or the Moderators (whichever comes first) fixes or reboots it's own system regarding this request failed error. I would stop trying to upload samples or the queue will become larger resulting in a longer wait time for Probe to start working again.
