So I'm trying to use an accapella for my song and I used audicity to cut it into 30 second samples, but I can't figure out how to transfer it to 44.1 Khz. Anybody know how?

in audacity, lower left-hand corner there's an option to change the project rate. Select 44100hz.
use programm АудиоМАСТЕР you can change 44.1 in settings
