I need help making a drop!
So I'm making a new song, and It came to a point where it needed a drop. And...
I've never actually done a drop before,
But I did the progression with the drums and everything and the sweep, but my drop does not sound very... how do I say this?...

So, basically, a drop comes directly after a buildup. The buildup creates tension - the drop releases it. Pretty simple. Ascending tones, increasing the speed of beat, as well as higher frequency passes can all add to the buildup.
