Every Sunday, the biggest current'' audiotoolers (how many likes, views, and charts they got in the previous 30 days), from their own respective genres can battle out in mini games through the week until restarted.
-
One of the battles are a sweet 16 of the best audiotool songs from that year, and every group has to come to a decision to pick a song, they will have a day. Then, the same sweet 16 is opened up to the entire Audiotool community and the group who picks the most *right (*depending on AT community) gets a point.
'''* point = 10, who gets the most by the end of the week wins!
'''
3) Another one can be a triva quiz about the yearly timeline of AT in whatever year they're in (2025-?). What I mean by that? Lets say the year is 2026 and x happened in 2026, y happened in 2017, and z happened in 2013, y and z will nottext be in any question in that quiz, ever, but x will be.
The group who gets the highest score on the quiz will get a point.
- This one can be a good ole fashioned producer challenge, but I want it on Audiotool, not discord. Why? Discord is a **13+ **site, and I want ages of all to participate in this. And, the messages can be more direct. How will the Audiotoolers message w/o Discord? Simple, make a topic, just like this one and chat ONLY on that and simply delete it when the week is over with. So no one on a new group can't peep over to a chat topic and cheat on answers, we wan't this game to be as clean as possible.
I feel like that is enough time to be spanned across a week

bet
100% in on that, majik is on this
sure
AT revival method, I'm in
Does AT need a revival? I've seen Junon.io, I've been playing it a lot, and the online population hits zero OFTEN. It's rare to see Junon.io with more than 10 people online at a time, rarer if it isn't because some idiot is botting a random world or if it isn't G.L.A.E. holding some meeting about how best to enslave an entire game population.
But here in AT? How is AT dead, exactly? Because I'm seeing people with hundreds, sometimes thousands, of followers and millions of favorited tracks. If anything, what AT needs is better infrastructure to handle all of the stuff that goes on. We've got OGs from when I was still in elementary still active to this day and making awesome bangers that are attracting hundreds of plays a day. Take a look at the numbers on the account pages of @sandburgen and @retron and tell me that this community is dead.
I'm pretty sure the frequency (or lack thereof) of posts in the support board is because not many people have decided to take a look at this for any problems they have or any problems they think they may know how to solve that they are sure other people reported. Plus, issues aren't too common anyways that people post bug reports hourly.
Intruiging.
What about this one
Sample Remix
Every team gets the same small sample pack (like 5–6 sounds).
They have to flip it into something wild, which could be any genre.
community = votes
Adds creativity + fairness since everyone starts with the same materials.
it also teaches flipping, and using what you have to make a banger.
Additionally, for the WACG thing it could be
🏅 1st Place — gold WACG tag
🥈 2nd Place — silver WACG tag
🥉 3rd Place — bronze WACG tag
sum like discord with the "adopt a tag"
It could also be like what genre they won, so it would be like
N/A WACG Champion | Team Trap (js an idea tho)
Simiarily, teams that have won multiple can have legacy tags like "Veterans" "Legends" sum like dat
Same thing, differnet genre collab
compared to how it was 2020-2023 and beginning of 2024 i’d say at is dead ash
@Moderator
Audiotool in 2013-2021 was easily more popular than what it is now
AT is kinda dead right now, and this will have more ppl involved in Audiotool
Have I reached OG status? I got my old account back btw @dj_bassmaster
Holdup you might be cooking
Sounds gud to me
this would be cool tbh
yeee
this is a fun idea
i am too young to use audiotool i cant participate
@pogtopia179 @tjthjjg @itsyahboi Group
this is actually well thought out im in
Not a bad idea at all
Good idea, Cant deny this idea.
If this could be official from the moderators that would make it better...
It depends on the perspective. It's less "together" than it used to be and the numbers I got at my prime are basically gone because I've fallen out of favour (or off, whichever tickles your fancy). Which is fine. I don't really mind that. Meanwhile jejay, itxmi and others (trap realm, but certainly not exclusively) are hitting the charts almost weekly and get insane amounts of listens. What I'm confused about is where are these people in "our" feeds? Don't they want to explore what else there is on this site?
@Moderator your comment on this?
@Moderator your comment on this?
most of them are bots and alt accs p sure they talked abt it in sandburgens comment in https://www.audiotool.com/track/ebp3cvk7/
but otherwise they’re actual people. at algorithm is lowk fucked and since ppl like itxmi and jejaye already are popular and more relevant their tracks show up when ppl first join the site. (most of them clicked “trap” and “hip-hop” when they first created their acc)
in other words, since trap and hip hop are extremely popular and relevant genres on this site, artists that are popular and relevant and make that genre tend to get more attention
the site being “dead” isn’t always defined by just low usage/frequency, but it’s also defined by the atmosphere and overall actions that happen on here.
there are genuinely and i mean GENUINELY stupid people on here that do stupid shit, which causes the site to become a space of egos and annoying ass people
i’m not pointing any fingers but yk who u are
im a lil late mb
this is cool, and I think this could bring the community together
good choice @jjtheking
Put any other suggestion on this thread vvvvvvvvv :
Hmmm I don't quite get what you mean by "current largest users" but I'll just say it should be open to everyone, so it's not just the same set of people every time lol. and also maybe limit how long the song is, so they can pour more into it and make it more interesting (idrk about that though)
Still waiting on input for this... @Moderator
@kepz
I think @moderator might have their hands full with Beta communications and feedback right now :)
If you feel like there's enough excitement for this, you should definitely try it out as a community-run contest like AT Day @jjtheking
https://www.audiotool.com/user/kepz/ how exactly do I do this
you do it
idrk if they can run this weekly
bi-weekly im all up for tho
Is "bi-weekly" once every two weeks, or twice every week?
once every 2 weeks
We need to use something more specific than "bi-weekly", I just looked it up and it means both "every two weeks" and "twice every week", and as far as I've read the only rule for determining what it means is that "every two weeks" is the most common meaning, which to me isn't enough information. "Fortnightly" means "every two weeks" without possibility of having a secondary possible meaning.
fine
fortnightly
It’s most commonly used for every two weeks
100000000 days, 1000000000 groups.
