Just as there's a warning message for renaming devices to strings less than 3 characters. (Which, in my opinion I find is silly, find out here: https://www.audiotool.com/board/feature_requests-eGRGOKR3F/reduce_the_label_limit ) There should be a warning message for renaming devices to that of another device with the same name and type.
An example would be having a Heisenberg on the desktop labeled "bass", then adding a new Heisenberg to the desktop and attempting to rename it "bass". This should throw a warning with a confirmation option.
