A way to visualise the compressors workings. It should show the volume of the input, as well as how much it reduces it by, with the threshold labeled on the former, as well as perhaps showing the volume after. This would be really useful for getting the settings just right.

there should be a mode to show it dynamically as the sound plays. ooh and maybe a shortcut to this, like a preview button. that would be nice :D
