This request makes no sense
I don't see impersonation or your suggested scenario as an issue frequently occurring on audiotool. Besides, I don't think that a verified badge would be the appropriate solution to address this problem. If any actions were to be taken then I would propose an aliases drop down similar to what is available on steam (see attached image). Though I still don't feel as if this feature is needed.
