Upload "all rights reserved" samples

I would like to create an all rights reserved track using my own samples I that have created in audacity from scratch - I am the creator/owner of the sample pack(s). It is not licensed or published anywhere else and there is no legal issue with me using it in any form I wish to.

However, the only upload option available is under a creative commons licence.

This may or may not be a problem, but I am now hesitant to upload.
In the past, I could not create an all rights reserved track while using samples from the audio tool library. It used to suggest this was due to using samples released under other licenses. If this is no longer the case then let me know as this would be fine.

If not, then the issue here, is that I cannot see an option to upload my own samples under any other license. If it was possible to give away my samples and simultaneously protect my track I actually wouldn't mind that at all... but I don't think this is an option from a legal perspective (again if I'm wrong, let me know).

So how can this be done?

I may simply be missing something, if that's the case could someone tell me how to achieve this?

For further information, I need to protect my tracks as they may be used commercially in the future, (I make games in my spare time and some become monetised - I'd rather not have someone make another game with the same music) but I am indifferent when it comes to protecting many of the individual samples I upload to compose the track.

I'd like to keep using audio tool, on rare occasions I've used it on and off over the last several years, but this is may end up being a deal breaker for me in the long run which kind of sucks.

It didn't used to be an issue to use your own samples to create an all rights reserved track. Has this now changed?

I'm struggling to find any clear information on this topic and can't see any options in the upload window.

Additionally in my old tracks, the samples appear with an "untrusted" flag. Am I able to simply upload an "untrusted" sample somehow?

Thanks!

If you don't want to publish a sample to everyone, then you can simply uncheck the option "Visible to all users". And no one will be able to use those samples.

Well that sounds incredibly simple, thanks I'll give it a try soon!
